USDOT's Connected Communities Central Broward October Workshop, 2024

Colab is developing the research and analysis for this USDOT led Transit Oriented Development workshop for Central Broward and the Broward MPO. This includes the first Central Broward Workshop where preliminary findings and approaches were presented. Colab developed the GIS mapping analysis for land use, zoning, essential goods and services, equity areas, affordable housing and multi-modal transportation. We also led the policy review and zoning analysis and discovered that cities could work with the policies that Broward County already had in place to support transit oriented development.
