Pinecrest Comprehensive Plan Approved at First Reading

On April 7, 2026, Colab presented the Comprehensive Development Master Plan Update to the Village Council. The team shared findings from the community survey, results from the data and analysis component, and the changes to the goals, objectives, and policies. The plan addresses the needs for minimal expected growth in the current population and includes new policies to comply with changes in the Florida Statutes. It maintains the overall vision of pr
