Colab Presents Update on Phase 1 of Little Havana Pedestrian Priority Zones

On May 15, 2025, Colab unveiled the fully completed drawings to the Little Havana community at Ruben Dario Park. Community members examined the project boards and engaged in a discussion about the initiative. Construction is scheduled to commence in mid-August 2025, with the groundbreaking ceremony planned for August 21 this summer.
