Colab Completes Economic Development Study and Redevelopment Concept for Historic Miramar, March 2024

Colab developed a comprehensive action plan and economic approach to redeveloping Miramar's historic downtown core within the city's transit oriented development (TOD) zone. This included an economic development analysis and snapshot with recommendations for new uses based on market demand.
