What You’ll Be Working On:

• Writing zoning codes for historic downtown districts

• Implementing redevelopment plans for two active Community Redevelopment Areas (CRAs)

• Supporting pedestrian-friendly upgrades in walkable areas

• Drafting proposals, reports, and putting together professional presentation materials

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Planning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or Urban Design

• 2-5 years of planning experience

• Strong research and writing skills—you enjoy telling a story with your work

• Ability to work independently, think creatively, and bring fresh ideas to the table

• Bonus if you have graphic design skills, ArcGIS, or InDesign experience
