Melissa Hege, AICP
Founding Principal
Firm leader, Melissa Hege, is actively engaged in planning and transportation in South Florida. She is a certified planner with 24 years of experience practicing planning both locally and nationally.
She directs land use and zoning policy, bike/ped planning and outreach for multi-disciplinary projects for our planning and transportation clients with a background in urban design.
Matt Hege
Director
Firm director, Matthew Hege is an MBA with 24 years of experience in strategic communications and public relations with a specialty in media and outreach.
He directs the firm's public private partnership clients, community outreach, public relations and strategic communications and provides expertise in comprehensive planning and project messaging.
Andrea Rivera
Associate Planner
We are excited to bring other great planners to our clients. With a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Florida, Andrea Rivera specializes in planning research, GIS analysis, land use and zoning.
As a biologist with Miami Dade County's Department of Environmental Resource Management (DERM), Andrea reviewed plan applications for compliance with environmental land use requirements and the county's Environmental Protection Ordinance.
